As a Plumbing Apprentice, you'll work closely with experienced Plumbing Technicians, gaining hands-on experience and learning the ins and outs of installing and maintaining plumbing systems. We're looking for individuals who are driven, career-oriented, and eager to master the trade, ultimately becoming full-time technicians and taking ownership of their careers.

What you'll do:

• Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand plumbing system requirements.
• Collaborate with the plumbing team to ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Develop skills in various plumbing techniques, such as soldering, brazing, threading, and pipe fitting.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and propose effective solutions.
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery used in plumbing installations and repairs.
• Embrace safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure work environment.
• Continuously enhance your technical skills and industry knowledge through on-the-job training and relevant programs.

What you'll bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent (completion of G.E.D. is acceptable).
• Basic understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and customers
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay up to $25 an hour based on experience

The Plumbing Apprentice position requires physical abilities such as lifting up to 50 pounds, good vision, and the ability to manipulate tools.
