Light Construction Project Administrator

We are looking for a Light Construction Project Administrator who is looking for an exciting career with an industry leader that’s been in the business since 1929.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communication between General Contractors (GCs), Subcontractors and vendors
  • Communication with field staff as needed
  • Ensure project job information sheet (JIS) is completed with proper information
  • Assist Project Managers (PMs) in tracking project costs through proper coding
  • Assist PMs in all monthly billing processes and submissions to GC/owner in required format
  • Maintain project specific billing cycle for all assigned projects
  • Submit monthly billing totals to managers
  • Prepare and maintain meeting minutes for any project specific meetings
  • Issuing and receiving PO’s/verifying invoices
  • Filling and archive management
  • Keep accurate department lists and spreadsheets
  • Maintain project contacts in an organized manner for the team
  • Working with Operations Managers to conduct monthly WIP adjustments
  • Entering office and field employee time sheets weekly
  • Daily Scheduling for field employees
  • General office administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • Detail oriented
  • Highly dependable and trustworthy
  • Must perform work in a safe manner
  • Experience and comfortability working with Microsoft Suite: Excel, Office, PowerPoint
